Our scheduling operations manager will review the request in real time (including weekends) and assess availability based on case type, location, and staff profile needed.
If the request is urgent (e.g., same-day or next-day), it is automatically escalated to our rapid response team. Routine requests are assigned to our weekly coverage grid.
Our team ensures any needed documentation access (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or eCW) is activated, and we coordinate directly with your clinical coordinator or OR director to review room assignments, PAT notes, and needs.
On the day of surgery, our anesthesia provider(s) arrive 30–60 minutes early for pre-op assessment, surgeon huddle, and block prep (if needed). We maintain active communication throughout the day via secured line or in-facility check-ins.
Following case completion, we offer post-op feedback, metrics (e.g., time in/out, delays), and an optional satisfaction check-in with your nursing lead or scheduler. Feedback informs our ongoing quality assurance program.
